Allpress briefed us to define a new global positioning, so we headed to New Zealand to meet the founders, and get under the skin of their brand’s story. What followed was strategy that demanded a new and original form - something as non-corporate and characterful as the brand itself:
the world’s first brand strategy comic.
To truly bring the strategy to life, we developed illustrations tailored to the newly developed values of the brand that allowed us to merge the real-life characters, their real-life story, and the real-life strategy, with more imaginative details.
We also developed a tone of voice for the comic’s narrator to make this story sound distinctly un-business-like with all the Kiwi wit and warmth of Allpress’ founders.
